Are you a dedicated attorney with a passion for advocating on behalf of those affected by medical negligence? I am seeking a skilled Plaintiff Medical Malpractice Attorney with 1 to 8 years of experience to join our team.

About the Role:
In this position, you will handle a variety of complex medical malpractice cases, working closely with clients to achieve justice and fair compensation. From initial case evaluation to trial preparation, you’ll play a critical role in every aspect of litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and evaluate medical malpractice claims.
  • Manage all aspects of case development, including discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
  • Collaborate with medical experts to strengthen case strategies.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and trials.
  • Provide compassionate and effective communication to clients throughout the process.

Qualifications:

  • JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in [state].
  • 1-8 years of medical malpractice or personal injury litigation experience.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and independently.
